Overview
A precision-engineered lithium-ion replacement for Miller PAPR respiratory systems. Designed for direct compatibility with OEM hardware — installs without modifications and charges using your existing Miller charger.
The housing is constructed from ASA thermoplastic — UV-stable and abrasion-resistant, engineered for demanding industrial environments. At 35mm profile height, the pack maintains a low-bulk form factor while delivering full-shift runtime.

Front-Panel Charging Port
The charging port is relocated to the front face of the battery pack, allowing the unit to be charged directly on the PAPR without removal. The original Miller battery requires dismounting before charging — this design eliminates that step entirely.
The port is fitted with a rubber dust cover to protect against contamination in welding and industrial environments.

Works well!
Ordered the Miller 5Ah. Arrived within the stated lead time. Fit was exact and it charged first try. No issues after a month of daily use.
The Miller 3.2Ah is noticeably lighter than the OEM pack. Runtime on my unit is around 7-8 hours which works for my shift. Build quality looks solid.
Bought the 5Ah for my Miller PAPR. Snaps in the same as the original. Charges with my existing Miller charger no problem. Nothing fancy but it works reliably.
