Refund policy

Battery Warranty — 12 Months

All batteries sold by Mazurov Power Solutions carry a 12-month replacement warranty. If your battery stops functioning within 12 months of purchase and shows no physical damage to the housing and no signs of moisture ingress — you are entitled to a replacement unit or full refund. No ambiguity, no exceptions.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at solutions@mazurovpower.com. Do not send items back without prior confirmation — unannounced returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

Return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Orders shipped to the EU may be returned within 14 days for any reason. Item must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
