⚠️ Important: This charger ships with a US plug (Type A). The internal voltage is universal (100–240V), so it will work worldwide — you only need a simple plug adapter if your wall outlet uses a different shape, not a voltage converter. Overview

A precision-engineered lithium-ion replacement for the 3M Speedglas Adflo PAPR system. Designed for direct compatibility and daily industrial use — fully cycle-tested before dispatch.

The housing is constructed from ASA thermoplastic — UV-stable and abrasion-resistant, chosen specifically for environments where standard ABS degrades. Weight has been reduced through shell geometry optimization without any reduction in cell capacity or structural integrity.

Modular Latch System

The latch mechanism uses a field-replaceable modular design. The latch engages the Adflo rail with increased retention force compared to standard aftermarket units, and if the latch is ever damaged, it can be replaced independently — without replacing the entire battery pack.

Universal Charging Port & 12V Output

These batteries use a standard 5.5×2.5mm barrel connector in place of the proprietary OEM charging port. The connector is fitted with a rubber dust cap to protect against contamination when not in use. This means:

• Compatible with any 12.6V Li-Ion charger using the 5.5×2.5mm standard
• The same port can be used as a 12V DC output to power accessories

A matching 12.6V charger is included with every order.

Select Capacity

Runtime figures established under laboratory conditions using 2016+ Adflo units with new OEM filters at room temperature. Real-world results vary with filter condition, ambient temperature, and flow rate.

Pre-2016 units may draw higher current and could show reduced runtime. Earlier Adflo units were originally designed for NiMH chemistry — these units apply a higher low-voltage cutoff threshold, which may limit access to the bottom 20%+ of usable capacity. The battery is 100% compatible and fully functional across all Adflo generations.
