6-Port P100 Filter Adapter for 3M Speedglas Adflo PAPR

Overview

A precision-engineered adapter that replaces the OEM filter cover on the 3M Speedglas Adflo PAPR, allowing the unit to run six standard 3M P100 cartridges (2091 / 2097) in place of proprietary Adflo filters.

The 6-port configuration is the result of direct airflow testing. Fewer ports create excessive backpressure that overloads the Adflo blower motor — six filters deliver the optimal balance between filtration surface area and blower load.

Note on runtime: P100 filter media is denser than OEM Adflo cartridges. Expect battery runtime to decrease by approximately 20–30% due to increased blower draw. This is a known trade-off for the significant improvement in filtration efficiency that P100 media provides. For optimal performance, it is not recommended to use with batteries with a capacity of less than 5Ah.

Installation

Snaps directly into the original Adflo filter housing. No tools required, no permanent modifications to the PAPR unit.

Sealing

• Foam perimeter gasket seals the adapter to the Adflo housing
• Each filter port retains the factory seal from the 3M cartridge — no additional sealing required
